Came in at 9am when they opened to get 1 balloon blown up at their balloon bar. And was turned away. Shout out to the employee leaning up against the helium tank who told me she couldn't do that, and I had to order the 1 balloon in advance.

Store is a little confusion, and staff is a little hard to find at times to point you in the right direction. Store is very nice though, and very clean, spotless even.

It's been many years since I've visited a Michael's. This location appears to be in need of some remodeling and updating, they seem to also be in need of a little more space! The clearance section was over loaded and had 2 shopping carts of merchandise sitting in front of the clearance shelves. Over all, everything was easy to find, mostly clean, very well stocked and organized on most items. Still LOTS OF CHRISTMAS ON CLEARANCE AT 70% OFF!! I came in tonight (2-16-26) because I had a $5 voucher from them sent to my email. Can't let those go to waste!! They definitely don't stack up to Hobby Lobby, unfortunately, which I believe may be the final down fall when all is said and done. They do have better percentage off sales, advertising 50% off throughout the store, whereas HL usually does 30%. I went in with the intention of purchasing doll house items, which will make most of my pics make sense! They're hanging in there! Y'all go show some support! Easy access, very near I-10, plenty of parking, very full retail area, easy in and out parking lot with several options, depending where u plan to go next! Everything was on sale and it was 2 weeks before Christmas! I purchased$ 400 worth of merchandise for $220. Quality products - large outdoor ornaments and bells, pine garland, decorative garland, candles, fairy lights galore, ribbon, etc...Ill add more pics when I get back to the house I decorated.

My daughter was able to shop with her Christmas money. Employees were friendly, there should just be a few more to help the one person cashing them out. Especially with the self check only taking cards
